We have two reasons for investing work on projects:

• Contributing to the diffusion and good practices in organization and human resources
• Generating income from consulting services

All efforts we undertake respond to the first reason, and many of them to the second one too.

We therefore set our fees according to:

• The degree to which the project or service helps to satisfy each of the two reasons.
• In a spirit of equitableness, the potential economical impact of our service on the client.

These criteria set a wide range of fees, which can vary from zero to typical values for international consulting.
